actually the wine is fully flowing with alcohol (hic) as for the vege curry - tonight it was quorn pieces with mushroom stir fry and satay sauce - i can hear the jealousy now!! Choccy's to follow.....because i'm worth it lol

Hearing the specialist say that my leg is healing great and saying I dont need to wear me leg brace anymore
I still need to use the crutches for a bit longer and spend some time in the gym to build me strength back up in me leg as me muscles are all weak now.
