Blimey, not the way to finish a holiday :( Thankful they are ok, bruised pride will soon heal. Hope the bike isn't too bad. Hope the rest of the homeward journey was uneventful.
Diesel on the roads is quite common in the north of France ,especially the nearer the ports you get with all the trucks , glad all on French trip ok to tell the tale, war story for the pub
Just arrived home from saying farewell to my sister-in-law of only two days up in Cumbria. What a brave lady she was. She had the best send off ever, and an unusual one at that. Requested a belly dancer at her funeral and got her wish and managed to put a smile on everyone's face God bless you hun
My condolences and sympathies to all who have posted in this thread. My own sadness pales into insignificance. I feel sad cos I think I've offended a new friend, bleddy text messages don't get the proper meaning/ sentiment over. Hope he forgives me.
Found out last night that a friend i've had for nearly 10 years is a lying , cheating , 2 faced , low down , good for nothing , dirty bastard I'm so angry and don't know how to sort this .
They will learn Crimmy, not straight away - but after it happening 17 years ago and a very grovelling apology and tears (which I accepted graciously - laughing my head off!!) Have never forgiven but Karma works quite well!! Chin up, big hugs, Joey xx
Thanks for your support guys n gals I've decided that i'm not going to waste my breath trying to sort this . Just taking a huge step away from it all and letting scumbag get on with it . The person he hurt the most is coping well and she's well on the road to recovery . Just beware of who you add as a friend online .. are they who they say they are or is it a fake profile of someone checking up on you ?
