Rich, I youtubed it last night and if it hadnt resulted in the tragic death of a rider it might have looked like something from a comedy sketch show. I think he would have survived the fall if he hadnt hit the kerb, quite a thought provoking sight.

66 Im shocked it is even on youtube, I heard that the family had requested (quite rightly) that it be taken off that site. ExupRich, don't blame you for not looking at it, I was watching it on laptop as it happened and not nice at all, (not gonna watch it again knowing it resulted in his death) saw couple of other bad accidents too one with the only female racing and another bloke, thankfully they ok. Of course now all we are hearing in the pc media is 'oh bike racing should be banned etc etc' Sad to hear this pc shite as per usual....

it is very sad when someone loses their life like this!! and the morons who know nothing need to back off.people love to watch racing be it on bikes in cars or on horses, and everyone who takes part knows the risks.and its a slur on every rider lost to be saying they need to ban this ban that!! to be honest we all know the risks we take just waking up every morning, life is not a rehearsal play it out the way you want not the way others want enjoy and be happy cos when its your time nothing will stop it.
its just a serious shame we lost him so young at 31 my thoughts and best wishes go to his family and friends

I agree with Debs. It is absolutely shocking when something tragic happens - but that's life. We will all miss such a brilliant rider ! RIP

Broken spring and emissions off the scale failed the car its MoT.
Hope Danny can sort it today.

Can't ask in the Technical Motorbike Help forum but, anyone used a DIY air-conditioner recharge kit? They easy and more important, any good?
Halfords have 3 for 2 on stuff including that range and I'm tempted.

Be carefull with air con stuff. The gasses are dangerous. The new 'safe' gas was introduced about 10 years ago but it will still drop you like a stone.

Thanks Stu, you'd think if it's on the shelf in Halfords it would be OK - but then, it's empty canisters on the shelf and the contents are locked away until you take it to the till. Maybe they check your age and give you safety advice there????

On the bright side the car now has an MoT but still needs stuff doing.
Would be costing a fortune in a garage but Danny is having fun at the breakers yard; suppose it's keeping him out of trouble.

If you don't know what you are doing, it's best to leave AC work to the experienced mechanics. Recharging refrigerant gases is not that straight forward. Allowing the gas to escape can lead to a heavy fine.
I don't particularly like Kwikfit but they did my car ok. The deal was about £45 and no charge if AC has not improved.
Do you really need it in Scotland lol
