spending a day at silverstone watching the FIA Gt world champs with a good friend, got home and a little pink on my head to say the least , but a cracking day for sure !!!!

Went to fill up the bike an get milk from garage about 1 1/2 miles away, thought on a few occainsions, 'why are people looking at me weird' Gassed up, bought the milk, put up with the strange looks from guy in gas station. On way back I put my hand up to brush hair from me eyes and realised .. .. I HAVEN'T PUT ME BLOODY HELMET ON .. Sooooo a 3 mile journey throoo an inner citys roads passed loads of cameras an now wondering if an 'award' will arrive through post !!!! although we all smiled an had a giggle, the phrase Tw@ springs to mind

Well doing me C.B.T today for the first time in 9 yrs and managing to ride a 125cc with gears for the first time. A i think celerbration one at that so pleased with oneself.
what made me smile today,, Dee Snider telling expoitative music companys to go f themselves and stop ripping off young musicians.. go Dee you rock !!!!!
Just had my first pilly ride out in 3 years - ooh it was fanbloodytastic! have lost the use of my right knee for a while lol had forgotten that bit! dont think i'll stop smiling all week
