Sadly my 'Thang' refuses to be shaken these days, though I do a mean imitation maracas with my knees when I stand up! Have you a favourite biking road ever?

I really like the road that runs up the west coast of Scotland, dunno what its called n dont really care! It is so stunningly beautiful. However there are so many to choose from and all for different reasons. Do you go for a rideout with a destination in mind or just 'because' ... ?

Mostly with a destination in mind....but then go off on a tangent...... just because we can! Find some really great roads/routes that way. Elevenses - do you still indulge?

Probably Annie Lenox and the Eurythmics....and many many others who have faded into the twilight. Food shopping - do you write and take a list with you, or make it up as you go along?

When I can, but the problem is, is the world has become a 24/7 market, so who knows what is seasonal anymore......except for sprouts of course! Anyone know the number for motorway works - I'd like to tell them what I thought of last nights late night closures, and the useless detour signage?
