Totally agree David - I love Piers - SAVE THE PIERS, PEOPLE!!!!!

I don't get annoyed by the person, but rather the money grubbing makers of the 'celebrity circus' that has sprung up for those totally devoid of talent. Enabling them to stand on the worlds platform as talentless, vacuous shells, so that they become famous for 'being famous'.
I can't blame these non-celebrities for making a fast million or whatever this way, as they'll soon be yesterdays news, and then chewed up and spat out by the money machine, in order to create space for the next victim!

Did you achieve your career aim immediately on leaving school, or did it take a long and winding road to get there....if at all?

No. I did a four year apprenticeship in one thing. Decided that wasn't for me. So I went back to college for another four years. And after 40+ years I still do the same type of work.

Woul you ever consider a different vocation?
