Riding my bike home from work in the rain this morning. Forgot my leggings so, wet bum, freezing knees. Big smile cos I've done my four nights this week. Not in again until Tuesday night an I've just got up and had cheese on toast. Get to sleep instead of work tonight.

On my other two wheels this morning on the way into work I spied a little bird sat on a wire, it swalllowed and shouted "Summers here!, Summers here!", but then it was a lone voice.

Thanks Clinton, hes seems pretty much back to normal now, it even wiggles!! I felt bad at the time tho coz id been given him by someone who really neglected him, he was nearly dead, i got him better and have had him for 11 yrs, so i hope he lasts for another 11 xx
