I think it's time I went to bed, another nightshift to do and not been to bed yet. Night peeps x
Looking like a 5ft 2inch round sherbet lemon in my hi viz jacket.....having finally giving in to the inevitable mix of dark nights and numpty drivers (typical SMIDSY) after last night's ride home!
And noooooo there will be no piccies
The son that allowed his Mother aged 97 to travel from South London or further up to Harrow on her own by National Rail train. Without any means of contact. She got lost due to lift failures down South (National Rail) and they put her in cabs. While he sat in his car in the car park up here. What kind of son allows their Mother to take trains when they can pick them up easy in a car???The devoted son assumed she is the train company's responsibility. He has since complained to my company too, even though we tried to find her and she wasn't even travelling on the tube.. People ought to get a grip. Station staff are not social workers/carers. Not sad but furious I am! What a F**ker he is.
Queenie, that kinda reminds me of the ol lady couple years back who fell down the stairs in her house after being discharged from hospital.... her son was too busy to pick her up that day so a taxi had to be called which just left her at the front door neither the driver nor the ol woman's family gave a s**t about her to make sure she got home okay.
Then unbelievably the son tried to sue the hospital saying it was their fault she fell downstairs in her home, as they shouldn't have discharged her.... well what else was the hospital meant to do? Were they meant to deprive someone else of an urgently needed bed while waiting for the woman's family to come pick her up only when the family felt like it?
Thankfully the son never got a penny compo.
Its disgusting the way some families treat their elderly parents and relatives.....just shame on them.
Having to go to work when I feel like having a Saturday afternoon sesh with friends, music and food, they having a great time without me ah well.... roll on 11pm
Jasen (manager of Squires) not turning off the music inside the pub/cafe whilst the silence took place outside, those of us stood near the pub could hear chatting, cups and plates being rattled as well as music. Not happy!
Totally and absolutely disrespectful and out of order, and yes I told him so!
We did a service and silence yesterday in Walmley village, but to be fair, today is 11/11........... would be disappointing if they didn't comply with that one
I was inside Squires yesterday during the 'silence' and most of the customers observed it though yes, there was pillock behind the counter ratteling pots and pans and one staff member heard to say " ah it's finally gone quite at last" but then she realised why and was suitably embarrassed !
Well I parked my truck on the A38M aston express way on the very short hard sholder as you join from the M6.
Well if he is closed today I can see your point GBNP
TBH when confronted by GBNP he thought it was all quiet amusing.
The fact the event was at his place and he knew what was going on you would expect he was going to endorse the show of respect to our guys who die for our way of life.
Yet another reson to think the bloke is a complete idiot.
PS edited so the easly offended wont be xxx
