what's made me smile is seeing all these lovely lady BM friends of mine so happy and also finally getting bikes of their own and signing up for those CBTs.............well done all you ladies, you know you can do it...........see you out there on those bikes of yours very soon then xxx (nice to see their biking partners helping them out too!! good on ya BP!)

having a nite out with work mates and being entertained by a band made up mainly of adults with special needs, they were an inspiration to us all. I even managed to get out on the dance floor on me crutches and dance I did have a chair rrite behind me tho

Back from a brilliant week-end in the lakes :>> Great meeting up with Rockchick and everyone at Cockermouth. Great to finally have a knee operating at near normal again and getting some walks in.
