My missus waking me up at silly o'clock, saying she could hear water dripping.
I get up to investigate, and return a few minutes later to report nothing leaking.
She says "Oh I just realised, it was the clock ticking.".............
And just to make matters worse....
My boss's mate has just returned from abroad.
He's in the same line of work as me.
I've just had a call from my agency.
My services are no longer required, due to 'restructuring'.
Same old story, it's not what you know, it's who you know.
After being knocked off on Tuesday I got the cracked clutch cover off today to find the clutch basket has a couple of brackets broken off. Guess I need to pull one out an old engine then, pain in the feckin arse.
On the bright side, the gasket is only a couple months old and didn't tear, so I don't need to use the one I ordered.
Reading Wenders post ... Hon dont waste your energy or time, spring is here , the season is just starting so use your energy on that & besided ps em off even more when you do not respond

Was feeling low about being at the end of 2 weeks holiday, in Tenerife for the last week, until last night. Back on nights tomorrow night etc. Just read the last couple of pages on here and its nothing compared to what others are going through.

Is hating today :( :( sun shining, lots of bikes out making me dead jealous and both mine are sat in my folks garage WTF... Arggghhhh. Oh well mountain bike to Antrim and an ice cream by the loch it is then ;-P
A visit to the orthodontist to be told that NHS treatment for my daughter is available and she might have to wait 2 years to start it because of the waiting list. However, should I have a spare £2000 she could start treatment in May!!
So frustrated and upset. She is just assuming she'll have to wait 2 years and when I said I'd see what I could do, bless her, she just said you haven't got that kind of money. Unfortunately, like I explained to her, some things you just have to find a way.
