WMF & Wenders - I have been fighting headaches for many years which every now and then develop into migraines.
Over the last year or so I have found a wonder cure by using the Nurofen Migraine tablets but make sure they are the purple packet with Lysine. Two of these, washed down with a cup of coffee (the caffeine increase the effect of the tablets) and it has bought me back from even the most debilitating of migraines.
Mine are mostly due to working stupid hours to meet tight deadlines and probably not keeping myself adequately dehydrated so my triggers might not be the same as yours but it may be worth giving it a go.
Good luck!
Thanks TeeCee, will have to try that one. I've so far been taking two Nurofen Plus and two paracetamol every four hours - hasn't touched it tho. On day 17 now and been prescribed Diclofenac. Just hoping this will have some effect! Will make a note of your suggestion in case it doesn't. xx
Seems kinda small in comparison....I caught a taxi on the way home from work. Cracked engine casings, oil all over the road and my knee is just a tad swollen. Only had Frankenstein MOT'd yesterday. =/
Tracy so sorry to hear that hon, Ian and my thoughts are with you and your family xxx big hugs lady xxx
Sarah, they are fab, its what I have for mine, one of those, 2 co-dydramol (only available on script too) as tee cee says washed down with a coffee, relax in a dark room for a bit and its gone :-)
Well it had to happen sometime I suppose, the warning signs have been there for some time but been to busy concentrating on trying to fix the broken body..
Had a bit of a meltdown over the weekend and have just been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder following my August body/car interface.
