not so much sad/unhappy, Pee'd off Snotty condescending customer service people!! get right on my tits they do! no bleddy need fer it, in the wrong feckin job if they can barely be civil with folk. I work in a customer service based environment n wouldnt dream o behaving the way some have with me today aaaaaaaaaaaarghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Me sad.. cos am silly soppy... had to drive home behind a funeral procession.. by time got home was ridiculously overcome with emotion for someone I didnt ever know or ever will..

Preparing the graphics for a slideshow to be shown at a charity dinner for a young (19 year old) local girl who died last year of cancer and reading through her friends tributes on Facebook.... not easy to work through blurry eyes....

Thanks David! The saving grace is seeing how much is being raised in her name (for Teenage Cancer Trust) - £35,263.65 since July 11 and with the auction prizes at this dinner I can see it going over £60k.
