Thank you everyone for all your good wishes...it was such a powerful feeling when I logged on this evening to feel my friends were around me. Thank you so much.

Mum has got thro the op and is suitably screwed back together again. She's such a tough old thing!! However, I've been with her most of the day and she only surfaced briefly, once...long enough for me to get half a cup of tea down her!! All her obs were stable as I came away. Will see what tomorrow brings xxxxxxxxx

sadly my dad passed away sunday dinner time peacefully he was a great bloke who will be missed by me and my family and a lot of people locally .... @ wenders ... i hope your dad pulls through i will be keeping my fingers crossed for you ..... @ alice glad to hear that your mum has got through her op ok and hope the rest of her recovery goes well....

Next week is the anniversary of Ian's brothers passing, 1 year, my grand father 3 years and my grand mother 4 years ... Gonna be a tough week here 3 very strong and dearly missed people
