won a tshirt! not a big deal i know but joined one of those automatic competition entering websites less than 2 weeks ago and got a result already! on an even better note ive overpaid the gas bill by nearly £300 and didnt have a clue,so having a good week all in all !

pmsl......thought Id better book a doctors appt tonight as cant seem to shift a chest infection (or so I thought!?( from everyone else that keep coming into work ill. Had 2.5 crap weeks not being able to sleep, feeling bunged up etc as you do so took everyones advice and rushed to GPs on way home from work before making way out to pub in Derbyshire for first of Xmas bike club "do's". When I got in there was faced with a very young new female GP who told me I looked great for my age................whatever Im doing keep doing it and can I tell her my secrets please and that my chest was great............(no smutty remarks please!!) When I asked why I felt like crap she said, "oh well, it's winter, you're fighting off everyone else's germs and you just need more fresh air.................." now that was a surreal kind of consulatation, leaving me puzzled but more than a little smiling when I got to the car. So, morale is, even if you feel like crap, cant sleep or keep food down and your chest feels like its got a ton of bricks on it...........dont worry, you're doing ok and you look great for your age pmsl!!!..........................speechless, but she made me smile anyway..................see you all Saturday, sore chest and all pmsl!!!
