What made you sad or unhappy today?

being told today that im never going to be able to donate blood again, all due to me last operation and having to have bone from a donor put into me leg. I have donated for years and years

What makes me frown today is the knowledge that the sneeky and self all absorbed people in society prey on the more weak and vulnerable amongst us and it can be closer to home than we like to think.

makes me feel guilty that I can't donate at the moment after having another tattoo done earlier this year

The realisation that I.. li'll ole me can't actually help every man and his dog... the realisation that until someone wants to help themselves then there is nothing that I can do.. no matter how much you love them and want them to come off their roundabout of selfdestruction.. nothing I can do until they want to come off... ~ That hurts.. and walking away and quietly waiting till the day they do is gonna hurt even more..

Sitting nursing coffee knowing that my wee Ellieminx is back to school this morning.. and away from the cossetted bubble of the "baby yard" and forever more in the "big yard" ~ She's excited.. I'm gutted.. she's not my baby anymore.. she's growing up and will be an amazing young woman but I wish I could keep her in the "baby yard" just a few more years... ~ BUT.. I will not cry at School.. not not not lol...

head bearings are shot on my new bike, and Lincoln HD put it through a mot before i had it too.......i am hoping they will be good and repair it under warranty....but i am not holding out much hope....

Oh no Ian, that's not good mate. For me it's trying to sort out the rally stuff and realising today is the last day I can get the rest of the kids' uniform for school tomorrow lol. Oops! Looks like I'll be off here till this afternoon now while I'm dashing round the shops. Katie off to her new school so all new stuff.

Head bearings Ian? That isn't good! After how many miles?

I thought head bearings were pretty good nowadays. If I was you I'd have a word with Tony who I have no doubt will offer you some very good advice on the matter of HD head bearings.

I sent am email to the great chris king about head bearings in the hope he could do for motorbike what he did for cycles . Alas so far no new product .
