It looks like it's going to be 548 to TITG now . I have done 400 miles one way.
However I would like to do the Faro rally one year. Not sure how far that is.
Do you prefer a rally away from your own neck of the woods?
Yes, ...... the further the better,i like the travelling to a rally, makes it more worthwhile..
Do you plan your stops before hand when travelling, for food etc..
well yeah .. ish... depends who i am travelling with and how organised they are coz if left to me i would stop as and when i fancied rather than specific pre-arranged place...
if you get to a rally wet are you bother or just crack open a beer?
a bit... as in need to be on top of something comfortable as the ground dont make for good nights sleep !! so airbed for me with blanket on top it and double sleeping bag.... that is my comfort ... oh and stove to make cuppa and wee breki ... that's me sorted...
do you have a rally hat?
Yes I have one, but after the rain at Farmyard last year it's a bit out of shape. But now it's got character.
Do you do fancy dress for rally nights or go as you are?
Sometimes, but then again i usually wear something daft all the time at rally's lol..
do you try the different beers at rallys or just the one you like ?
bacon, sausage, eggs adn beans and bread for breki with cuppa .... last time took loads of food, bt probs cant take so much this time... rice meal thingeys... burger to two... peanuts.... easy stuff to wack in pan and cook
do you care if ya jeans get all muddy at rally?
No that seems OK.
How would you organise an event to cater for young kids and teenagers. You know to stop them getting bored with what we may like, especially entertainment.
