News from my daughter to say that the girl who assaulted her and beat her up has pleaded not guilty today so it's now got to go to trial in October. Poor Lu is terrified

Not a good time for her, hrc. My daughter had to go thro similar in her teens. On the plus side, she is now able to cope with stuff that many of her friends can't. Witness support is good to have on your side. They can provide a room just for you to wait in and can arrange to be shown around the courts beforehand. Good luck

Thanks Alice, I think she's been in touch with witness support and the police have photos of her injuries so fingers crossed it works out right

I was made both sad and happy by my shares portfolio .. most everything went down bunzl ,aviva etcetc but the stupid little mining company I bought on an outside punt was about the only share in the world that actually went up hahaha

Just went outside to the the chickens out of their run into the garden and found poor Mavis Chicken dead. At least she had a good 3 years with me after being a rescued ex-battery hen
