They are 1000cc now Ian, but they weren't always.
I think that for everyday practical use and certainly for reasonably regular pillion use the new Blades (absolutely superb though they are) aren't the best.
The original blade was 900cc, it then grew to 929 in 2000 and then again to 954 in 2002. It is this model that I quite like.
(As well as the early "Urban Tiger" of course which goes without saying.)
I'm just wondering why I've not had the excited phone call... Hmmm... does it mean bad news or so good he's forgotten all about his family and just spent the day in the pub?!
No wonder you have to wait so long to be dealt with at the vets if they've got to come all the way from Bristol!
Not that I've been "dealt with" at the vets before TC/TM/Julie J or my dearest makes a comment.
Having somebody give me s**t over the phone about what a rubbish job I did, how he wont recommend my work to anybody, his digital tv only worked for 1 night now he cant get a picture at all etc. . . Then when I walked in his room and saw the aerial lead (that was meant to be plugged into the wall socket) lying on the floor behind the TV, taking great pleasure in explaining that it dont work if it aint plugged in.
His backpeddling was a sight to behold!
Kn*b!!!
Getting given a FJ1100 that needs a bit of tlc to get it back on the road been lying in my mates garden under a cover for about 5 years. He keeps looking at it then putting cover back over it
Keep me busy for a few weeks.
An impromptu visit to the fair following a trip to the White Rose Centre (shopping mall) for Thorntons toffee - yummy.
The fair was set up in the carpark and we watched a couple of the rides as we came out...then said....shall we? Go on then!
Hehehehe, like a couple of teenagers we were, giggling and shrieking. What bloody good fun!
My Daughter has just been proposed to by her longstanding boyfriend. He has done it in a most romantic and amusing way of making her find him via a multitude of clues in a treasure hunt. Well done Matt I couldnt wish for a nicer son in law.
Ashlee is a lucky gal
