was supposed to be going to the Isle Of man this morning for 4 days....... still unwell and im gutted. hopin to be better to moz as changed booking till wed PM.... dont think its gonna happen

@Alice2 Shows a great understanding of depression doesn't it ??!! some people dont understand depression and how it can rule your life ... iv suffered with bypola for years ...i hide from the outside world so no one knows whats happening in my head and thay think im ok when the doctors give you a sick note that should be enough .. and the (SPY) i would deleat her as a friend ..

BL and others, i tend not to befriend work colleagues on FB anyway. Not because they're not friends, but why use FB to communicate with someone at the next desk? Call me old-fashioned but I'd rather have a chinwag over tea/coffee and bikkies any time!

Wills, I have work colleagues across the country, so it's not always possible to catch up with them unless work takes me to other locations. That said, my private life is just that.

Alice - nobody knows what its like to suffer or the depths it can wreak havock in your life - whoever it is should be ashamed of themselves... I hope they get ravaged by a thousand fleas and their arms are too short to scratch them ! grrrr
