yesterdays op was step one before my big op in August, and im taking lots of painkillers, each day it will be a bit easier, and ive got 2 weeks to get it fit enough before I go back to work after the easter holidays

Dropped my bike this morning, the first time Ive dropped this one . There a couple of scratchs but nowt serious. just aswell its got bull bars on it...

just tried a gelert solotent in the back garden and the put together poles are supposed to be long and short and there the same length....basically i cant get it up !!!

Getting all my staff together today and having to tell the 40 or so of them that next year there will be 30% less of them, due to government funding cuts, not nice!
