knowing my best buddy Tracey is in hospital and I can't get to see her as I am off work poorly, hopefully will feel well enough to go to see her tonight, just don't want to pass on my germs she will have enough to contend with without that.

Hearing about a guy named Phil, I,d met him a few times when I,d delivered to Plumbase,Phil was a plumber,early 30,s ex squaddie,salt of the earth kinda guy. Don,t actually know too many details, but sadly Phil lost his life last night in a motorbike accident, as I say I,d only met him on a few occasions, but they were enough to leave an impression, that,s the type of guy he was...R.I.P Phil..
