A fine night out in good company, great band, new faces and unexpectedly bumping into an old face.
What would've topped the evening off is if DS had carried out her intended snogging of an unsuspecting young man, but evidently, "orangutans" do nothing for her?!
*thinks*
Iffen I start running now, by the time she awakens from her alcohol-induced slumber, I should've reached Ypres...
mmmmm some fleeting memories from last night making me smile somewhat!!! ahem.... nursing bangin head this morning not makin me smile NOT so much!!!

After a weekend of hellish assessments and written papers I have finally gained my IHCD Ambulance accreditation. i can now work on behalf of the NHS.
Once i have done the driving course i can put Blues and Twos on the bike too. Woo Hoo. bring on the driving course.
First night out with the NHS tomorrow as standby crew.
Went to pick up a 125cc today in minus 4 it made me smile to ride such a small bike after so many years...had forgotten how easy they are to throw around even the sharpest bends...and how much the brakes etc have improved over the years well it made me smile anyways and forget how cold it was.
Speaking of 125's, watching the look on Cassie's face made me smile as we went back to Kirriemuir to collect her bike and finally get the two back together again. The bike's in the garage now getting the new engine fitted.
Now looking forward to the two of us bimbling along the country lanes on our bikes.
