Not exactly what I have done today, more along the lines of what I am going to do after work. Picked up the parts this morning and with a bit of luck the bike could be back together in a couple of hours.
Well I've been down to Towcester Brackley Silverstone gave bike some welly up and Down a43 nice great morning out headed home bike run great happy biker today
Might have only been a 20 min bimble round my local roads....but today is my first time back on the bike since second week Jan. I am a happy happy RB :-)
Well I managed to get the bike booked in to my usual MoT station, I took the failure sheet with me from 3 weeks ago and was told that 2 of the 3 failure points were bogus, the words ripped off and cowboy were used in conjunction with several expletives, don't worry who ever you are, I will save you the bother of editing. Well as I expected 3 weeks ago, the should have flown through the test, as it did today. There is something to be said for old bikes.
205 miles ,Clwyd, Powys, Shropshire ,sun shinning ,little nap in the shade as was to hot at one point late afternoon, two days at the grind to get through now then it's 'ROADTRIP' time
Selling my Kwak today (for parts, 'tis no good for owt else) putting the dosh towards a new-ish Yamaha thankfully back to the old faithful with hopefully less work to do on it

Cheers Lulu, 500 miles into journey today, bit soggy but fun roads non the less, waiting for some friends riding over from Elgin at Fort William,then onwards to Skye and digs
Yesterday I got wetter than a wet thing on the way home, so it was right nice today to ride home in the dry and get in about 10 min before it threw it down.
Over to applecross over highest mountain pass yesterday, trip totol so far 886 miles, got good weather,hissing it down today so going to be limited llate start
Ride down the A22 to Beachy Head, fish & chips in Eastbourne, then back home. Something happened to my bike though, sounded like something popped on a roundabout, now the front forks are juddering when I pull away ??
