Sat 9th Jan - joined a ride out from haslemere motorcycles in bordon to cheddar gorge: experienced some of craziest sideways rain ever. Most roads had a river of silt running down the side of them, we had to ford some roads, there was so much rain. Still, if you can ride in this, you can ride in anything. Sun 10th Jan - spent most of the day jet washing somerset out of my bike... And waterproofing my boots… Mon 11th Jan - bike all dry, now recoating with acf50 in preparation for the next run to bath in a month. Tues 12th Jan - new goodies to fit for both bikes have arrived! Yay!
nowt....road outside the house and sloping driveway like an ice rink - found that out as I slid (quite unelegantly with possibly a few swear words) down to the gate! .....so public transport (oh joy) to work and back.
