Set off towards westgate road in newcastle but encountered traffic.

Bailed off, under the tyne tunnel and north to Rothbury. Then Otterburn. Then Keilder.

Sunshine. No taffic. Just me and the S10.

150 mile round trip, mainly in mist and fog to find an oasis of sunshine, blue sky and pleasant BM company at the Ponderosa. The view looking down into the cloud engulfed valley from the top of the horseshoe pass was amazing. Thanks K for dragging me out. M...

Working in my garage. Fit new spoke to rear wheel on the R50, then re-trued the wheel. It took ages but good to go now.

Had a brilliant sunny weekend riding out down the cost del hunstanton and generally just having a good mooch in that glorious November sunshine,offset by a 40 mile ride back this morning across the damp and foggy fens of Cambridgeshire...times like these a windscreen wiper on the helmet visor would be a godsend....right lets get kettle on and get warmed up....

Rode to m60, rode around it then back to Cleethorpes for a well deserved wash ( the bike too!)... All clean again! :-)

Changed fork oil, and refitted the old Veglia revcounter. Had to make up a temporary mounting bracket for it too. Still running new parts in so wanted a reliable reading. The HT-lead fired sensor on the Acewell doesn't seem to like the Hunt Magneto :( Anyone else have an Acewell sensing off the HT lead?

Checked tappet clearances, re-routed engine breather, checked/cleaned plugs and gave a it quick wipe over and Mer-ed the paintwork.
