I like to think so, but flagging a little now. How much oil does your bike consume per 1000 miles?

NONE David, its a FJrrrrrrrrrrrr how many drums does yours consume?

Noddy1 @ 14/07/2012 08:28

All engines consume some oil. It's just that the amount used may be hardly measurable. Due to my beemer having an oil slinger system, which atomises the oil, there is always some oil used. Probably 1.0 litres per 1000 miles. There is a big difference between modern and classic bikes. How many miles do you get per set of tyres?

Rear tyre lasts about 1000 miles on my Monkey, but only £40 a tyre delivered
