Went for a nice night-ride after spending the day-time at a boring BBQ.
I like BBQ's in general but this one felt like a party in prison cells lol, I had to escape!

Yesterday actually! Rode the trike 250 odd miles ,round trip, for it's first service and got home pretty knackered but happy as I got a new screen and a passenger back rest fitted. Great weather all day and the longest day trip yet on the new beast!

Nothing, since I'm 200 miles away from it at present! :-(

Hopefully a nice trip out on Sat or Sunday before I'm back in Scotland again for the week!

Rebuilt the forks, overhauled the front brakes, Striped and greased the head race bearings (there in the head stock Jo!)

Tomorrow is the rear end re build.

I put some new corks in the old BSA fuel taps and cleaned the tank out ready for a ride over the weekend.

Last Thursday, I rode to harrogate as part of my journey to Bellingham in Northumberland on Friday. Awesome roads, we stopped at route59 cafe, devils bridge and a farm somewhere in the wilds lol. We got to Bellingham where we had rented a bunk barn with 10 other female bikers, for a weekend of riding and coffee with cake. Nearly 700 miles and 22 hours in the saddle over 3 days, boy i was sore. I think i need to change my bike if I continue to ride long hours and distances otherwise I will look like John Wayne!

Got myself a cheap HD just over a week ago and been stripping and customizing it since. From a Bagger to a Heritage look. Still loads to do and bits to source but getting there to get it road legal. Apart from that, my Bonny is still my other pride and joy, been to Calne bike meet and other places... just wish summer would come back properly

Every numpty and their dog out there on the roads today, between mid life crises lycra wearing cyclists wobbling about everywhere , caravans struggling round bends ( that's what the a55 is for you pillocks) and VW camper drivers thinking they can't negotiate a gap a Sherman tank could go through, , frustrating, so on with the thinking caps for back roads on the homeward leg, much better, 167 miles
