Ooooh, that's mean, VFR I hope you're on quadruple time. There are a couple of factory workers around my way who are on X4 for working on the 25th/26th.
Content. Had a fantastic day with Danny and his neighbours doggie Harley. Am stuffed with T-bone steak and gateaux, and merry from a few Black Russians - lost count lol. Delighted to have messages from BMers, some of whom have had Xmas upgrades, so been good to see the forums a bit more active. I'll get my laptop and post a few messages - not too easy on the phone. It's been exactly what it should be, quality time and a fantastic 10-month anniversary with a wonderful man who has turned, not just my year but my life, around.
hi iz sounds like you had a good day and a great 10 months, well I had my brekky this morning washed a towel went for a cycle and had a nice chicken dinner and half bottle off red and a load of chocs.
Hi Gordy, yes, it's been challenging but just got better and better. Still, with you in being glad it's over, busafeller, it's over commercialised and puts too much expectation and pressure on folk. Looking forward to more riding, more meeting people next year.
Chilled. Had a late one last night so sitting in bed with music on the telly, cats snuggled up, although they're going to have to move so I can refill my coffee soon!
My neighbour's heating not working, Eon apparently can't get out until 5th. She is 84. Took round oil filled heater for her and got other neighbour to look at boiler. He fixed it.
I then managed, in the 20 steps back to mine, to slip on the snow and went down, twisting knee and hurting wrist. Owwwww ...annoyed with myself for being a clutz
Thinking that I should've done the maths and calculated just how l o n g it would be to bake a 3kg gammon joint! Never mind, time to have another glass of wine and blitz up some brandy-infused blackberries in to ice cream. Think I might sleep in tomorrow!
