remember when my daughter was at school, she got beaten up by a gang pretty badly..........got it sorted though, went round every single ones parents n paid their dads a lil' visit......just for a written apology you understand....most complied.........a couple needed showing the errors of their young un's ways...........schools, authorities etc don't give a flying f**k..........hands on approach is the only way to truly stop it dead in my opinion........
Mums has been admitted back into hospital, just great its been a year waiting for them to take her back in and they decide to do it the week of my birthday, so all plans have now been cancelled and I will be spending the evening in the OAPs ward. Grrrrrrrrrrr
re comment by Tangoman60 : When it comes to your kids, you just do what comes naturally.i did go down the 'school governor route, threats to go to education authority (which ,i must say,did cause a few ripples),etc, but when it doesnt happen quicken, steps have to be taken.I got the results I wanted but still mucked my girl up for a long time .BULLIES ARE B*****DS,STAMP ON EM
Eilish has gone in to school this morning bright as a button and said she gonna kick the lil buggers in the balls if they pick on her today!
Go Girl says mum
It's heartbreaking when something happens at school and you've got no control over it, I was lucky, both my children were o.k, in my sons class they were all boys apart from 2 girls, they were a rowdy rabble, but it was all good natured and there were a few broken bones and black eyes, but they were all still great mates, and still are today!!
I find it amusing how many teachers have no children of their own and have no idea how to interact with them!
a lot of parents dont know how to interact with kids either!!they'd rather ave a fag an gas on the mobile while swaggering pea brained chavvy boyfriend guzzles lager from a can when kiddie speaks or cry's it's 'fkn shutup!' ive heard an seen it many times in Weymouth, even outside thew scholl gates blokes drinkin an throwin the cans down! lovely example of caring parent's!! an Weymouth cant be the only place its happeningin in [or is it?]
im just glad she has told me, i have told her how proud i am of her for telling me, she seems a lot happier now, which is quite scary in its self! but the nightmares have stopped just the tantrums to deal with now god help me when shes a teenager, 8yr old tantrums are enough for me thanks!
Thanks to everyone for sharing their stories and advice xx
Don't get me started TM,it's makes you want to slap their stupid faces doesn't it.And the people who deserve to have children and can't must find it totally unbearable to watch these children being turned into the next generation of chavs
I'll be on the rant page in a minute! I wasn't a perfect parent by any means, I have slapped both my son and daughter at some point, but the guilt I felt after, made me apologise and promise myself to do better! They were aware however that they had pushed me as far as I could be pushed!!!
yep fairy its hard as girls seem to lose childhood pretty quick these days! soon itll be make up ,clothes, and the parents nightmare of boy's an sex starts looming on the scene if not already! a friends little girl at eight didnt want to go to school cos the boy's were fighting over her!!it starts so early now! why?
An eye for an eye doesnt make it better,Kwak,by any means. But,if you've gone down all the 'correct' routes and noone listens, you're natural instinct to protect comes into full force.Ii dont condone violence at all, however sometimes,it can bring justice to the forfront
they need to feel the misery they cause,! maybe make them meet the parents and see the pain and anguish they create! but some will never feel anything for anyone thinkin the only way to live is by being'tough' and living of the weak! and dont make the mistake of thinkin there all coward's that's a myth! ive seen a mate when i was at school a big rugby playin type get smashed tryin to tackle a bully who was pickin on someone 'smaller than himself'
Nearly running a cyclist over on a roundabout earlier. No light dark clothes. car lights all round throwing him in shadows. noticed him at last second. I had only just passed another one one the road up to the roundabout
I cycle a fair bit and it pisses me off seeing these idiots. Kids I can understand but its more and more adults doing it.
There was a thread on here about the London cycle lot not wanting motorbikes in bus lanes maybe getting there own house in order would be a good start.
How many motorists have had to deal with killing a cyclist because they didnt have lights on.
I know its only a minority but its still to many
gotta agree there mick i stepped out to cross the rd an nearly got mown down by a cyclist with no lights! i used to be a keen cyclist and when on the rd would always pull over to let traffic by in narrow rds !not some of these lycra clad twats who refuse to pull in and hold there ground an cause a fkn great queue!!i followed one twit for miles around country rds he had a fkn gret lorry behind him, would he pull in to the many passing places and laybys to let the lorry by NO!stolidly holding his ground! twerp!
Been there, done that, nearly hit a bloke old enough to no better cos he was riding without lights at night the wrong way up a dual carriageway. FFS!!! And it's not just once, I see that kind of thing over and over again, and yes I do sometimes ride a pedal bike myself. I reckon it's cos many cyclists see themselves as pedestrians with wheels. But if you cycle in the road you're a road user, OK?? And that means behaving like a frigging road user, OK??? Rant over.
I had a bet at work that a redub of the "The Sherrifs a ni.." scene from Blazing Saddles would be on YouTube before midnight. I was looking forward to the "The Presidents a ni.." version but it looks like it's going to be my round. If only I was any good at video editing.
Ditto that one LittleChick,I can't cope either.Maybe the confusing 'speak' of Prof has been muddled due to hyperthermia (with regards to small pinny),poor luv, someone get 'im a bodysuit
