thought about doing the fork seals on the trike ive got back from my brother but needs a new front tyre and could probably do with a good overhaul being as my brother rides like a t**t . will get round to doing it very soon though the thought was good today the weather wasn't

once again ive done nothing on the trike today as my brother is on holiday until next sunday so I don't have accces to it but I have got new front tyre in readiness and fork seals so shouldn't take me long to sort it once hes home

Got her out of the sheed......wheeled her back into the shed and put her on the optimiser as battery went flat over night, and I don't know why.

Rode it to the raven for a catch up with friends, then rode it home, rather quickly because I was cold!

Had a nice little 300 mile amble home to Bexhill from Bury in Lancashire, bit breezy at least it was dry apart from one shower.

Brought some Black Puddings from Bury Market with me, we better soon arrange a meet AndySimmo otherwise i'm going to scoff the lot.

Today I will be riding home from work. But Saturday I had the most exillerating ride on the back of Yids bike. Twice round the Olivers mount circuit at almost race speeds... Wow!!!!!!!!! Again please Phil xx
