Thinking about being in the pub yesterday full off English rugby supporters ! Did we rub there noses in it pmsl. A brilliant game, even some of the English were appreciative of those brilliant tries ! Cymru am Byth

I need to shift about 5lb to get my flat tum back (still have it from xmas excess and laziness) so cheers for the inspiration...
What made me smile today? Spending St Paddy's Day with a good friend who really needed the hugs and love that me and the rest of our pals gave her
Thanks both. It was coming a lot slower than it should, but when I got weighed yesterday, I had lost 6lbs last week, so I am really pleased and very inspired to contine.
Well done Bandit.
Smiling today, reflecting on last night. Met two really lovely people from this site last and felt like I had known them for years. Look forward to sharing time with you both again.
Spending today with a group from here on BM going on the Stoke egg run then a lovely meal out.
Lots of laughing, good banter and a great time had by all.
Thank you all of you.
