The company of wonderful people for the past couple of days and booking my accommodation on Lake Vyrnwy for a family wedding in June.....so many things to look forward to this year

well technically it was yesterday but after 4 hours I managed to bleed and have a workable clutch, that was after an hour and a half of fitting and bleeding the back brake...........a wonderful return to the joys of biking. hahaha

Oh almost forgot, I got a phone call from the local housing office this morning, I was told it looks like I may be exempt from paying the under occupancy payment, due to my son serving in the forces, though it's not been made official yet. By the time it's sorted I'll have moved into a one bed flat lol

I have to agree with you there NBC,
even though I'm firmly in the England camp, I have to say that Wales were the best team and deserved to win........
as for England....well, as I said to another,
I think they hadn't woken up from their afternoon nap!!!

Thanks both. It was coming a lot slower than it should, but when I got weighed yesterday, I had lost 6lbs last week, so I am really pleased and very inspired to contine. Well done Bandit.
