Event: Matlock Bath, Sundays

Venue: Outside the ice cream shop (look for the giant ice-cream cones on the pavement)

If it rains could meet up in the Fishpond Hotel (*when it's open) just up the road on the same side as cafe.

Usual meeting time is about 12:30 to 13:00

For those who have never been to Matlock Bath before, it's like being at the coast without a beach.

Plenty of places to eat.

If at all possible try not to park on the pavement, the local traffic wardens issue tickets. There is a car park near the Fish Pond hotel and another one the other end of the street, at the Railway Station. Fees apply.

Toilets are to the rear of the Tourist Office, near the park, opposite the hotel. Also one loo in the cafe.

*UPDATE, the Pond is closed at the moment, so if there's enough room you will have to dive into the cafe if it rains.
