If you have a skill, (such as DIY or decorating etc) that isn't your main job, and you'd be willing to trade with another member please let us know.
I once got a door shaved, (after having a carpet fitted) in exchange for a meal that I cooked. Yes, he's still alive!

I'm a roadie/crew, but also a qualified bike mechanic. I don't do that for a living cos I can't be bothered working on scooters or Chinese bikes that break bolts and chew up nuts as soon as you look at them, and changing brake pads and oil/filters on proper bikes doesn't appeal to me either. That's the long version, the short version is I just can't do the 9 to 5. Let alone want to....

I was a despatch rider in London on and off for 15 years too. It isn't really a job though, it's more of a way of life. When I got fed up with that I went back to the music industry, and when I got fed up with that I went back to despatch riding. A lot of the time I was doing both. That's basically all I've done since leaving school. Here endeth my life story

I'm a DJ specialising more on the Motown and Northern Soul side of things. I've also done a good few Reggae, Ska and Punk gigs but the Soul gigs are more popular in my area.

I am a natural artist and very good at anything creative . I can work in pretty much any materials including wood , metal and ceramic . I originally worked as a potter , now I mainly do portraits and illustration . I have designed and built kilns , workshops , wooden furniture and can turn my hand to anything practical as well as imaginative. Also worked in garden design and construction . When not doing art work I work self employed as a garden handyman , fencing , paving , pergolas , walls etc. As I have a van I am always happy to help transport stuff if anybody needs a hand .
Forgot - am a good photographer and cooking aint bad either - worked as cook in old peoples home some years back .
Hope any of this may be of help to anyone .
