exc I'm not babysitting cos pond has kindly booked a room so all the kids are sleeping in there with him, he just doesn't know it yet

I'll be doing a spot of cooking but obviously will need to keep an eye on the food so I'll be expecting my glass refilled regularly with cold beverage so i can keep my concentration going, those pot noodles are easy to burn you know!

Exercise is how it's spelled mate
