Ok heres Aph's old ZXR400. Its been sat in the garage in the state it is now for about 4 years. The water pump went so it sat there...then the water pump was replaced and it still sat there. I dont have the time or the money at the mo to put it back on the road or convert it to a track bike. Everything is there it just needs time and maybe a paint job lol.
