I have a Cardo Scala Rider which I've had for a good few years and still very happy with it.
Not the cheapest out there and nowhere near the most expensive.
A good mid priced product.

Have a Scala rider/pillion same as Ragnar, very good and mild price range, using Interphone F3 at present again mid range price.
Nothing much in them they do what your requirements are.
Interphone are more Modula than the Scala which makes them easier to replace mics or speakers etc,
Hope this helps.

We have Interphone Tour twin set.
It's pretty good in the open, less so with buildings or geography in between. Only gripe I have is that it prioritises SatNav over convo and takes some time to switch back which frequently leaves Danny not knowing where I'm going. (not just a biking issue there then!)
That's bike-to-bike though.
