Just thought I'd mention www.thebikerstore.co.uk as theyve given me a fantastic service this week.

I called them asking about the Oxford Hump Back tank bags (which seem to be cheaper with them than anywhere else) and the service was awesome.

They didnt have them in stock but said they could order me on in, I asked how long it would take as I needed it for this thursday (MCN Live!!!) and he said he would check and call me back. So he called me back to say they could get one for Tues/Weds so I should have it for Thurs. I asked if they could garauntee it asnd he said he would check with his boss and call back, so then he called me back again to confirm that they could garauntee it. THEN! on tuesday (yesterday) he called me in the morning to tell me he was jjust about to ship it via UPS on a next day morning delivery. It has arrived this morning as promised, all in order, and free delivery.

Seriously impressed with this company!
