Well tonight is the presentation of the cheque to Harley Norfolk, at the Sportsman Hedon Road Hull, 8pm onwards ALL ARE VERY WELCOME! So what better post than this! Harley cannot thank all his biker mates in person, who have given him money from the spare change in your pockets to the £100 donated by our local MAG group, as he cannot even speak yet well he is only about 9 months old and he is in and out of hospital all the time, so please forgive him for his slowness to say "A VERY BIG THANKYOU ALL MY BIKER FRIENDS ON HERE AND EVERYWHERE" love from Harley Norfolk aka "An Honoury Little Biker Dude" P.S "Keep it Shiny side up all you lovely peeps" from Hull750Rider Picking up my frame from the powder coaters later today not sure what's going to make me happier picking that up handing in a possable job application or handing over all your donations to Harleys family!

Great post for your 1000th Andy, I'm sure Harley will gurgle his thanks if he could be there, and I can imagine there is going to be another large turn-out for tonight's presentation. A fab day all-in-all, re: frame from powder coaters, and handling in your application form - all in all, a great day and evening of amazing achievements, well done Andy !

Thanks all Well the presentation went very well, little Harley is not THAT little lol, to say he's a bouncing baby boy would be no exaggeration. "Something quite funny but disgusting too happened as our chairman was presenting the cheque to Harley and his Mum and Dad" Just as our chairman said those immortal words "and now we'd like to present this cheque to you our little mate Harley" right on que Harley "should that be now spelt Hurley??" projectile vomited just missing our chairman and the large dummy cheque lol We also made Harley a full Honoury member of the Club and presented him with a nicely framed cirtificate to mark the occasion. (He already has a club pin badge on his buggy that we gave his gran on the fundrasing night) I'd had a word with his Gran a few mins earlier and it turns out after a recent fit Harley has actually forgotten how to smile and recently he was having a fit while in hospital "only recognised by those who are around him a lot!!!" one tell tail sign he's about to have a fit he cocks his little finger, like he's drinking out of a fine china cup and his gran called a nurse to come look after him the nurse popped her head in to look at him and stated "that's not a fit" his gran rightly so reitterated the fact you do not know Harley very well then and demanded she help him "that nurse got into hot water after that episode", Harley was put into intensive care after that fit and he's had a few spells in there. They think they are going to spend the money raised towards a CCTV monitor with movement recognition "so it automatically switches the tv channel over if Harley moves in his bed at night as sounds alone cannot be relied on as an indication of what condition he's in, or they can switch it to see if he makes and unusual sound" I will post pics up from the nights proceedings when they come available! Again thank you all for the help you gave to raise the money for Harley and his loving family! You all have my deepest respect allways. Andy
