is there a quicker way to delete messages en masse rather than doing one at a time ?

Think for once tm is right pagan that yellow jacket well you know what I said about it, Matt it will be great when we have a tick option to delete messages, one day I sat and deleted over 400 in my sent box and the same ammount in my in box.
