I've searched for one I know is already on here but can't find it, so it's probably been removed due to it being an old topic; anyway... ...for those with a hangover or flu like me at the mo, here's the recipe, in larger type if you're drunk lol This recipe is not for children! Adults please check with your doctor before drinking this if you are already on prescribed medication. 6 level teaspoons of sugar 1/2 a level teaspoon of salt 1 litre of clean drinking water, or boiled water cooled - 5 cupfuls (each about 200ml) Stir the mixture until the salt and sugar dissolve. Don't gulp it down just drink it steady. Just drinking plain water can deplete your body of nutrients, hence the salt and sugar.
