I recently needed to replace the base plate on my helmet, and having contacted several retailers it became evident that KBC had changed the base plate and I would also have to purchase a new visor to match the new style plate. This peed me off a little so I sent an e-mail to KBC. At no cost to me they found a set of the old style base plates and sent them out to me first class post. Not only that, but they also included a set of the new plates for when I need to change my visor. All I can say is the customer service from KBC has been first class and they've got my business when I change my helmet.
great piece of info, will remember KBC when I looking at helmets next....hope U got name of person you dealt with, any company is only as good as its employees..
