Hi there, wanted to say hi and join in a bit. After a long and good marriage, have now been separated a year and would and could do with some new pals ! I am lucky enough to work in a bike shop, best job ever ! I meet lots of interesting folk there, bikers are, aren't they, but still too many lonely nights, especially Winter, so think this will be a fab way to 'find' new buddies, and if that leads to meeting up for real, and some rides, new memory making, I am up for that. Welcome back bettyboop that was.
You may remember me as Sweetheart kwak or kwak when you used to be on here. I remember you and Amanda (Rock Chick) chatting away on the forum (there was only one forum then and no chat room, and about half a dozen members) and having a laugh.

Hi to all. Why not try the 23rd April at Matlock (See events) that will sure as hell break the ice. Check whether a ride is going from by you. If not find yer own way. So long as you like banter, ice cream, chips, cake, etc you'll have a good day and probably make some new friends/acquaintances. AJ

I see you come from my old neck of the woods, I lived in and around the Stroud valleys for years before moving up to North Wales.

Hi Gang. Been snooping around here for a few weeks I should probably say hi.... finally thrown some money at it too.

Do lots of touring with the same old people but not many UK events, if anyone has any recommendations that would be good.

Thanks guys that's a good start... I can't imagine who wouldn't like banter, chips and cake! Btw AJ I live in Belper so I may have to go via Wales to make Matlock resemble a ride out!

Morning all
Joined in December then got caught up in the Christmas frenzy. Decided to take the plunge last night and "join" properly
Off out in a mo to take my Mod2 test then will hopefully be joining you all out on the roads. Use to ride a bike over 30yrs ago but due to the "lovely" DVLA I'm now having to take my test all over again.
