Nobody mentioned Easy Rider yet, or have I just not been paying attention?
Lawrence of Arabia was killed on a Brough Superior SS100, btw. The bike was almost unscathed and is now in Beaulieu. I'm pretty sure they used a Brough in the film rather than Vincent pretending to be one.

You're right Wills, about the Brough but Jax got Easy Rider on page 1 ! What was that film with James Coburn with saddlebags full of nitro glycerene ? badly dubbed soundtrack if I'm not mistaken 2 stroke sound 4 stroke bike
