If you look at the Yorks Rock n Bike show on the calendar, I think the post code on there, will generate a Google map from which you can plan your route to Squires
But maybe some kind "Dee Dar" will offer to show you the way
I have looked on the web sites its just nice to be a little lazey and get shown lol. I do it during the week be nice not to have to break out the pretty sheets of paper.
Don't have a sat nav on this bike yet either :(
would be nice if I could stay away from the dee dars as well. I tend to find out they like racing from behind !
Jumping straight in, well gotta start some where and i'm no wall flower
Oh Kay.... you are the shyest of 'em all.... hahahaha if you believe that... you'd believe anything... Welcome Stuie, Squires is fairly easy to find, although it's a bit of a boring route up the A1... I want to try a scenic route sometime.
Get yourself in the chatroom in the evenings, a lot of mad folk in there usually. Lot of ad hoc meets arranged in there and a good way to make first contact... that worked for me
Hi and welcome all recent newbies I hope you enjoy your time here with us.
If you see an event you'd like to go to, on the events calendar, put your name down.

If there isn't an event in your area you could arrange your own. Post the event in the motorcycle events forum...

...to see if there's any interest, then when you've got a few definites attending submit it for inclusion to the event calendar; that way you have a place to put any photos that were taken at the event.
Private events (those that aren't open to ALL members) aren't included in the Biker Match events calendar so any photos from those events can be added to individual profiles.
Cheers.

Hi al!.....I have been in BM a few weeks now and read I have to say Hi` here in this column. I am a old phoker trying to keep up with you yung ones. I am originally from the north east but now reside at Spalding EU!! I have joined this forum along with other forums because I want and hope to share experiences with people like myself! `whose been around`. I am retired from my work as a Struc/Mech Engineer that I have experienced for the last 45 years. I have been motor cycling from 1966 and been to many rally's since then, `first 1967-Robin Hood - Captain Cook - Farndale Heather - Eiger`- Dragon. `No doubt some of you old boys and girls have done them and probably we have had a drink together in the past? (It is a smaller world now) I have had to resort to the Max Scooter Machine recently because of my health and accessibility. I hope to meet some of you people and look forward to joining in with the BM Members at some of your events!! "Until then" you will see me poking my nose into the forums.

I've just joined the site, great to find a biker's site for like minded people. Looking forward to chatting to some bikers (any anyone into the bike racing (MotoGP in particular!)) Mush
Hi Mushty33
Welcome to BM. Check out the events section, there are usually BSB events that others are attending. This weekend there is Snetterton. There are also many other things going on and good people to meet.
Good luck
