Hi Everyone - new to the site and just finding my way round. Looking forward to meeting new friends and hopefully seeing some of you this year at events or rallies. I didn't have a bike last year and missed it so much so I will definitely make the most of every spare moment to get out on the open road. My hardtail chop will be finished off ready for the road in March and can't wait!
Hi all, I`m just getting back into biking after 30 years and only had my full licence since Nov. I can`t believe it took me so long but its amazing what a separation can do to make you realise that theres more to life. Anyway, as I said hello to everyone and hope to get to know you all. Dave
Hi and welcome to the club all recent newbies
If you see an event you'd like to go to, on the events calendar, put your name down.
http://www.bikermatch.co.uk/sites/bm/events/calendar.asp
If there isn't an event in your area you could arrange your own. Post the event in the event forum...
http://www.bikermatch.co.uk/sites/bm/forum/all_topics.a...rmCat_id=4
...to see if there's any interest, then when you've got a few definites attending submit it for inclusion to the event calendar; that way you have a place to put any photos that were taken at the event.
Private events (those that aren't open to ALL members) aren't included in the Biker Match events calendar so any photos from those events can be added to individual profiles.

Hi everyone! I'm totally new to BM and just checking out the site. I passed my test in September after 30yrs on 4 wheels. Saving up for a bigger bike so at the moment my AJS 125 Eos will have to do. I look forward to meeting some of you in the not too distant future. I hope there are some events in Wales
Hi Welcome to BM davy.jay
You will find lots to do on the site plus rally's, ride outs and meets. There is a lot of good people here you can't go wrong, what ever you need it is here. It's not the size of your bike, it's the fact that you are riding that counts.
Thanks for the welcome davidneale. Been a member for about two weeks now and to be honest its a bit intimidating, all you regular forum posters seem to know each other really well and being new to biking it feels a bit like the new kid in town
Woohooooooooooooooooooooooo............. oodles of new people
Hello there to all new members, wishing you a warm welcome to biker match. I'm sure you will meet lots of smashing folk. There's plenty to get involved in and loads of details on the events page of things going on. So don't be shy, chat is a good way of breaking the ice. Most important of all, have fun, all the best and hope to meet you at some point this year

There is no need to feal intimidated by anyone on BM. I only joined last July and by joining in the forums you will soon get to know people. I think you will find us a friendly bunch and a lot of harmless banter goes on, which is good as an ice breaker. Just check out the forum topics and if any interest you give your reaction or opinion. It doesn't take long to find your way around. If you can get to some rally's all the better and you will meet a lot more people there.
There are three word games you may enjoy:-
First word
Biker scrabble
Keep one word the same
These are good ice breakers and will help you get used to postings. I am addicted to them
I only got back to biking 2 years ago and I am glad I did. So get stuck in and enjoy.
Hi all, new to the site, from north wales lovelly part of the country looking to make lots of friends and hope to take my test as soon as the weather gets better and join the ride outs.
