Greetings! I've been lurking for a while but finally joined as this seemed a friendly enough place - offers to bite each other aside :) I guess a common enough story - personal life disaster, trying to get myself sorted out, realising that my social circle had shrunk as friends had gone off to have kids, sold their bikes, etc, etc. Times are going to be tough but I'm keeping my bike no matter what else has to go. So, I'm looking forward to getting out to rallies and other events to meet up with all the interesting and weird folk on this site in 2012

just joined and thought i d send a hi out to all exisisting members.
been riding bikes for many years (mainly jap) but decided to try to keep my license and bought a wide glide which i have to say i really enjoy but have no time for all the posing which is endemic to the harley set.
hope to meet up with some of you in the near future....

If you see an event you'd like to go to, on the events calendar, put your name down.

If there isn't an event in your area you could arrange your own. Post the event in the event forum...

...to see if there's any interest, then when you've got at least 5 definites attending submit it for inclusion to the event calendar; that way you have a place to put any photos that were taken at the event.
Private events (those that aren't open to ALL members) aren't included in the Biker Match events calendar so any photos from those events can be added to individual profiles.
