Quick heads up regarding the topic. It seems I and no doubt plenty of others have been receiving a lot of 'nods' recently and messages. Two of which pushing for phone number. Be on ya guard. If they look like Bo Derek or Kim Karcrashaden wide berth. Resist boys. Have a look in the mirror and use ya noggin.
The obvious for me is a view or a nod from a Babe.... specially when the only just joined. Also, when the join time and profile pic time are within a couple of minutes from each other... and they are model like pics.... I am forever reporting to mods, probably get some of them wrong but it's,still worth it 👍
There is a simple solution to this conundrum. When you can look as ugly as me, you won't be getting any views, let alone nods from anyone. Just saying.........for a friend you understand.
I get them occasionally there easily spotted but I sometimes go days or a week without clicking on so as often as not they have already been removed if not I’ll report them
Had similar. "GreatALAN9900" Long message 1x then another....told him I didnt have time to read such long messages (like scroll and scroll) and told him he is suss then blocked him. I thought I had reported him but he still appears in my blocked box...someone else I blocked disappeared from there so assume they closed their account....
OOER, better be on my guard if long messages are a problem, I am known for my extremely long posts among my Whatsapp friends and I can rant for England in the comments sections on YouTube, as my ex once said, I love to hear the sound of my own keyboard, also I use my desktop rather than phone which instantly ages me, I am one of these old farts who uses their phone as a phone!! Had a possible 'weird' one the other day, got a message from a lady, said she liked my profile and would like to learn more, but as she was new here and wasn't used to the site could we speak by email? I replied with my usual 'novel' and had hardly got started haha, but ended with saying I would be fine with doing emails but lets wait a while first, as I am reluctant to give it out because I got hacked not so long ago, and the hassle it caused is still not sorted out. Sent,... no reply messages and nods etc deleted without another word. perhaps it was something I said? probably was, Just be alert we need more lerts.
Hi I am new on here only a few days had a women message me after 2 messages asked me to chat on another platform I said I didn’t have them then she vanished off the site unfortunately I didn’t get the name
Had a couple of scammers myself. I can normally spot them and mile off. They only have 1 photo and the time difference between sending a nod then sending a message is around 15mins....bit odd !! If I nodded at someone I'd send a message right away. I reckon they are nodding at several other people before sending a message, and see who replies first. Not falling for that trap 😆
Difficult from a pic and a brief message to identify a scammers but certain things like WhatsApp should scream xxxx off n leave me alone n then block.. I'm learning fast as I'm kinda new to being on a site that puts me out there.. Really am not a fan of it.. ----------------------------------------------------
