A pretty damn good one. coming home from work tonight and stopped off to fill the car with deisel, a young lad of about 17 was at the air compressor inflating the front tyre of a very tired looking Honda 125. Before I could start filling up he shouts across asking if I knew what was wrong with the air machine as his slightly under inflated tyre was now flat, despite his efforts to put air in it. I went across and it was evident the valve on his inner tube was too small to operate properly. When I told him this he looked crest fallen, saying something about calling his dad to come a get him. I told him to hang on until I had filled up and I would try the pump I always carry in the car. Within a few short minutes his tyre was up to pressure and he was happy enough to get on his way again. So, sometimes being a ''fine weather biker'' who drives a car to work comes in useful at times, especially when a young rider of the future is in need of a little assistance.
I sympathise Jo, but sometimes its better to let that person tell you in their own time. It is often very difficult for the person getting the results to be able to get their head around them, good or bad. Without having the worry of how other folk will be.
Try to keep busy n not dwell on the fact you dont know whats happening, i know its easier said than done, ive been there more times than i care to remember.
Hoping that the results will be favourable **fingers crossed**
