Sunday night 19.04.09 popped in local shop for 20 cigs in there no more than 45 secs came out & lovely shiny TDM had gone. they,re fu**ing fast in Salford!! scoured the area all week-no sign of it. be careful folks

Bummer Dave , u right tho they fkn fast in Salford , my bro-in-law was delivering milk to s/market , got out to open back doors on wagon , by the time he got back in the cab , his satnav had been nicked .
Update as expected-sweet F.A- I,ve probably put in more man hours on this than G.M.P, but that,s to be expected-will just keep fingers crossed that it turns up not too badly damaged! As for insurance-I,m not even gonna report it, could only afford TPO cover & mathematics made it the better choice! TPO= £173 p.a TPFT= near £400 p.a both with £150 excess so on theft payout (bought bike for £700) would have rec £550 less £400 premium =£150 (or summat like that). anyhows ta for support & wishes & will keep you updated should owt occur! in the meantime Ride safe & will join you soon as
Quick update had message on phone to phone police regarding the theft-heart lifted-was informed bike had been found but unfortunately it had been burned out....am trying to get to recovery services tomorrow to check it out,will let you know outcome...why do the little feckers have to do this sh!t?
Oh well, nowt to salvage,not much more I can say really except ta for support folks, an it don,t half hurt when it happens,so always remember to use at least a disk lock(it would have stopped the little feckers in my case!)anyway lesson learned & not to be repeated!To kick a man when he,s down recovery services-called out by police- want to charge me £150 recovery fee+ £10 a day storage FFS!!
