Hi has anyone used any good online clothing retailers where they've had really good service when needing to send things back/exchange etc and if so could you please post the retailers name..
Any bad experiences would help too so I know which ones to avoid?
J&S accesories do online clothing sales and have the benefit of being a well known highstreet name but, the only way to get exactly what you need with the correct fit is to shop personally.
I've bought from Sportbikeshop and they are good. They do free returns so if in doubt I bought two sizes and sent back the one that doesn't fit. Obviously there is no such going as free returns, the supplier just makes an allowance for it in his price, but SBS sell enough gear to be able to do this and still be competitive. The other thing I like about SBS is that they are on the ball with current safety standards and include these in their descriptions.
